Xinyiquan (heart intention boxing) – this system is famous for developing tremendous explosive internal power, hiding incredible depth and quality inside of apparent simple form. Our system is based on Li Tsun Yi’s Hebei Xinyiquan, with strong influence from Song family Xinyiquan and Yunnan Xinyiquan.
